➡️Race Office
Race office will be held under east wing of Municipal Stadium (Reymonta 22, TS Wisła Kraków, etnrance from Reymana st.).
Race office will be open:
– 21.03.2025 (Friday) : 12:00 – 21:00
– 22.03.2025 (Saturday): 7:00 – 10:00
We kindly ask to pick the race pack (including race number) as soon as possible, preferrably on Saturday. There will be chaging room and EXPO (running equipment trade-fairs) organised in the race office.
➡️ Main Deposit
Main deposit will be located in the race office on Saturday 8:30-14:30
The participants of 5k run will be able to leave deposit also at the start of 5k run. This deposit will be closed around 09:25 and moved to main deposit in the race office.
Awards Ceremony will be organised at Stage (parking in front of the Stadium – entrance from 3-go Maja street).

Parking for participants will be located next to north side of Municipal Stadium (entrance from Reymonta street).
Attention!
On 21.03.2025 parking is free of charge for the picking up of race package (below mentioned parking card is must to have).
On 22.03.2025 main parking is free of charge, but once it’s full, the drivers will be directed to paid parking also from Reymonta street (discount price 22 PLN, paid by cash only) and below parking card is also must to have. While parking you must obey the recomendations and directions given by security team.
On the whole 3-Maja street it will be forbidden to park.

Just after the finish run each participant will receive water,medal and food pack
➡️Start time of Halfmarathon and 5k
Start of 5k run: 22.03.2025 (Saturday) at 09:30 (Rodła Boulevard just south from Dojazdowa street)
Start of Halfmarathon: 22.03.2025 (Saturday) at 11:00 (3-go Maja boardwalk next close to Cichy Kącik tram loop)
Refreshment points will be located  at around 4.6 km 10 km 14.3 km and 18.3km of halfmarathon’s route.
➡️Buses for the start of 5k run and mobile deposit
Buses for the start of 5k run will depart on 22.03.2025 (Saturday) from Parking located close to the race office and main stage (marked with red bus on the below map). Taking into account the expected traffic, we recommend to use earlier busses. In case of large traffic the departure of last bus might be delayed and participants could not make it into the start of 5k run!! The start of 5k run is expected at 09:30. After departing the bus please head straight to Rodła Boulevard for the start of the run. Organisers will provide mobile deposit at the start of 5k run which will move participants stuff to main deposit in the race office.
The last bus with participants will depart at 9:10 AM. From Race Office to start of 5k run, there is only 1.6km distance so we encourage participants to take a walk to the start point.
